Lab data is most useful when it’s available where your team already works. Trends, notes, macros, and AI all depend on structured values being available in the chart.
Today, we’re making that process faster with automated lab results importing, an update that automatically imports finalized Quest and LabCorp lab values into Atlas.md.
Finalized Lab Values, Imported Automatically
Once lab results are finalized, Atlas.md automatically imports the structured values, so your team can use them sooner across areas that rely on discrete lab data.
This means you can:
- Save time by removing the manual import step from finalized Quest and LabCorp results.
- Pull results into notes with #result and #trend macro autocomplete.
- Give Atlas AI access to structured lab data for stronger summaries.
- Stay informed when a lab sends a corrected value, with updated discrete data and a doctor notification.
Automated importing is enabled at the account level. If you prefer to import lab values manually, you can turn it off in your account settings.
This update helps lab results move from finalized to usable faster, so the values your team relies on are ready where they matter most.
