What’s New in Atlas.md? Share Extension for iOS.

Imagine you’re in the middle of seeing patients when you receive an important voice memo from a colleague about a patient’s lab results. It’s an urgent update, but you’re not in front of your computer, and the last thing you want to do is waste time trying to email it, save it, or manually upload it into the patient chart.

This is where Share Extension comes in.

With this update, you send that voice memo directly from your phone straight to the patient’s chart in just a few taps. That’s it—no more jumping between apps or email threads.

But here’s the real magic: once the audio file is uploaded, Atlas.md automatically generates a transcript of the memo that’s ready for AI processing, including easy integration into SOAP notes. This happens seamlessly so that you can stay in your flow, focused on patient care instead of dealing with technical details.

It’s not just voice memos, either. Whether it’s a quick photo of a rash, a PDF of a referral form, or a signed consent document, you can upload it to the patient’s chart with no extra steps.

This feature isn’t just about saving time—it’s about ensuring that important patient information gets where it needs to go faster. The quicker you can upload, store, and reference that information, the better you can make decisions and deliver the best care.

Note that Share Extension is currently only available for iOS, but don’t worry—we’ve got an Android version in the works.
